Help com.htc.bgp still force closes

Hello,


Since a few days ago, com.htc.bgp has been force closing on my HTC Hero. I have tried pretty much any remedy I have found on the internet, but it still bugs. Here's a list:

-Hard reset
-Deleting caches from ALL of the apps
-Deleting the HTC Sense app on Facebook.com (with hard reset)
-Turning off Facebook sync (this DID work, but losing functionality that worked just a few days ago kind of sucks)


Suggestions for other possible solutions will be highly appreciated.

How about this?

After I received the update to Android 2.1, my Google calendar was not syncing with my phone anymore, and I kept receiving the "force close" message for com.htc.bgp and com.htc.calendar.

I went to Settings >> Applications >> Manage applications and selected "Clear cache" and "Clear data" for (where applicable):

- Calendar
- Calendar Storage
- Gmail
- Gmail Storage

Now my calendar seems to be working fine and syncing properly with Google!

Hope this helps someone out there...

I have already tried deleting every cache there is on my phone.

I saw that, but the thing I read also said to clear data as well as the cache. (They're both separate options in the manage applications section, although not every app has both), which is why I posted it.

Ah, true. I forgot that detail. I did that as well. Both before and after the two hard resets I have done..

Meh. I guess I'll have to live with it. Facebook isn't THAT important.
