Comcast email set up

I have just used the default settings along with my password and username. I get a cannot connect to server message. I called Sprint customer service and they were unable to help. Next stop will be Comcast customer service but thought I would try here first. Any comcasters out the? Thanks In advance.

I'm a comaster! You have to make sure your incoming and outgoing servers are as follows when you set it up manually:

pop.comcast.net
smtp.comcast.net

That should help you!

Also I was told to set my outgoing port to 465 so I can send emails while on the road.
