Help Coming from Windows Tp2...help?

Yes, I am a noob, but finding out some cool ideas via these forums and other posts around the net.
I have the Optimus, and have about 48mb left on my phone and tried to put alot of the apps on the SD card....is that normal to have 48 or so....

Also, I have been looking and searching is there something like the windows mobile center that through your computer you can sync up your android phone to see install apps, clean up files, sync things.
I am having problems with my work exchange as well, getting email and calendar items to come up.

I even tried to get them to filter through my gmail and google calendar but right now its not working too well.

I have launch pro plus working for me, and I enjoy it...

As a former windows user, (for phones), I really like the speed of the android, just sorta stuck with a few things...

im usually at or around 15 - 20 mb free space of phone storage, i try to keep all my apps on my sd card, im gonna need a bigger sd card, only have the 2gb that came with the phone.

for the apps, on ur phone, go ur settings-applications-manage applications- then on the top menu on to the right u will see on sd card, hit that and it will show all the apps that are on the sd card.

And for the files/pics/music, plus ur phone in ur pc, and click turn on storage on ur phone, and on ur pc, go to my computer and open the the drive, will say removable disk. and you can browse, the files that way. I don't know if there is a program that will let u see what apps is on there, but i tihnk it is best that u uninstall the apps that are on the sd card, with the phone.

im loving launcher pro also, my phone looks alot diff from stock.

Yeah, I can view the SD card and I have app2sd apk.
I was hoping someone had some program to use to you know view the entire phone etc..like the windows mobile application.

On my homescreen I have the koi fish live wall paper, and some beautiful widgets that are transparent. I love feeding the fishes.

I'm using astro manager, i myself switched form a TP2, on astro when you start it it starts you out on the /mnt, but if you press up folder, you can view the phone top most folder as it puts you at just / with nothing after, i think thats what your looking for.
