Root command flashing help

When ever I click show in Complete Newbie's Guide to rooting and flashing Evo V 4G ROMs/Kernels using fastboot
i get: %1$s
So I was wondering if anyone could tell me what commands I have to put in to get into recovery, I forgot:/

I think you combined

adb reboot recovery

and

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

No worries.

It's a bug. The site devs are looking int it/working on a fix. You should be able to see what is behind the hide tags by hitting the quote button and looking at it (without posting).
