Normally I wouldn't be too ticked off about a phone company not telling me when their product is going to be released, but when said product air a commercial almost 10 times in one night I kinda start to get frustrated. Seems like I've seen this commercial over 100 times in the last week and can't even do anything about it. Its like seeing a movie trailer for a movie your really excited about but there is no release date at the end. It could be coming out this Friday or it could be coming out 2 summers from now. The movie better be kick ass if they're promoting it this much!

Your pain is felt. It also didn't help that BB took pre-orders forever ago, and that depending on who you talk to, you get a different story about the release. It really is past time for VZW to say SOMETHING. A few weeks ago, I would've added a disclaimer that they don't really have to since they didn't announce a date. But the over-advertising a product that your employees have NO information on is quite ridiculous.
