Help Communication Notifications on Lock Screen

Greetings all,

I have noticed that the Communication Notification screen that you can access by swipping right on the lock screen does not display messages from programs such as Whatsapp and Google Hangouts. Is there any way to activate this?

I dont believe these apps come with the lockscreen notification support.
But, You could download dashclock widget for the lockscreen. It's a Nexus' native feature that was made available for devices with android 4.2.

Dashclock widget comes with multiple extensions, from weather to music, battery stat, and even whatsapp.
