Help Comp not recognizing my droid

When i plug my droid in at work my comp now says its not recognized and will not charge or let me sync files or anything. The phone doesnt even show it as usb connected.

Any ideas?
 
i swear im the only person who has these stupid problems, this is the second issue that noone else has had or has any ideas on how to fix

bout to buy an iphone sick of these stupid problems
