My company uses webmail/outlook, so how do I sync it to my phone. keep in mind that I have only had my phone for 2 days and I don't know how to navigate it yet.

The address that I have to use to sync starts with https:// and thats the problem I am having

Honestly, not the ideal answer, but IMO, the easiest and quickest:

Open your normal websites email via PC and configure it to forward to yoru gmail account. this will create almost instant updates to your phone (if sync is on).

Also, I like to keep a copy on my server, this way I can access it always, and take my time later to analyze what I do and do not want. I tend to need less email on my phone so I delete what is not crucial, but I will later be able to sit down and look at my emails again, from a PC.

Do a search for microsoft exchange. There are some apps you can download that may work for you.

Touchdown is one that is mentioned a lot.

This is one of the reasons I am not sure I want to switch to an Android phone.

Hi,
You should enter the exchange server without https://

e.g. exc1.mycompany.com

and then check the box SSL underneath, you should be find with it. You may play around a littlebit with SSL and Certificate checkboxes to see which one works right for you.
