So I was frustrated with my phone because when I would search for a company instead of a name I'd never get the result I was hoping for. With a little research here I found that my poor search results were due to the fact that company field was marked as "other" thus not included in search results. Question I have is why. I'm on an exchange server and in my Outlook contacts the company field is populated and appropriately identified. Why is it the field is changed to other when my phone sync?
