Help Company name missing in the phone recent list, how to display company name ?

Hi, in my Galaxy S20 (Android 13 with One UI v5.1) the company name is missing in the phone recent list.
This is very annoying, as I deeply rely on this information to manage my business phone calls.

How to have also the company name being displayed in the phone call list ? Regards

I use Samsung contacts that came with my z fold 4. You have 4 entries for the name. A prefix, a first name, a middle name, and a name suffix. Anyone of those can be the company name. I usually put the first two as my clients name and the last two for the company name.

I think the OP is looking for the phone call log that shows not only the name but also the company name for missed calls

Company name is one of many sub-fields that can be stored in contact details, along with others like Job title, Nickname, Email, etc. Which wouldn't usually show in just a call log. Think it would need a custom call logging app to be built, with the OP's desired feature included.

I do not know of any phone app that will show both the contact name and company name.
The best option is to use the company name in your list of contacts

When I was in business, I named business contacts with company-joe or company-bill etc. I had no use for last name as long as I had the company name and contact.

Same here. Always "Company, then first name" in my contacts app...THEN it will show up in your phone log /history as such.

Thank you for your answers. So I see, there is no other option than adding the company within the contact name to have the company being displayed in the call logs. It is incredible, no option to display company in call log exist: it is an essential feature for anyone using his phone for some business (which certainly represent more than 50% of Android users !)

Are there any way to automate the addition of the company name inside the contact name ?
I have hundreds of business contacts that I now need to have the company named added to their name.
