Please help me out here.

For the life of me I an unable to tell why I should pay $50 more for a MyTouch rather than getting a G1.

Can anyone tell me what I'm missing? What super features make up for the lack of the hardware keyboard? And I'm not into bling, so all the fancy shells are not enough of a selling point to me. What else is there?

Take it for what you will: the myTouch is lighter, slightly smaller, and has a larger battery.

Go for the myTouch. It's a G1 without a keyboard.
