Compass View when using Google Street View

I discovered an option in street view that is called "Compass View"
Not sure what use it is but I thought it was cool.

You have to hold the phone in portrait as opposed to landscape for the compass to work...check it out.

oh this is Compass mode LOL

Sorry thought it was the Normal maps {not street view} you were on about and when you rotate the Phone the maps are heading the same Direction as you like a type of walking nav
