I'm not finding a device w/that exact name.
Is it the Grand X Max or,the Grand X Max+ perhaps?
An exact model number would really nail it down.
ZTE Grand Max, I can't find that one at all. They do quite a few phones called "Grand" though, as well as "Axon" and "Blade" series.

So AF has a forum for it, but it's not on ZTE's own website. OK.
