Help "Complete Action Using" not giving me all options

I have added a couple of new alarm clocks, and the one I prefer now is Gentle Alarm. And, the first time I went to dock my phone after installing it, it gave me three options for "Complete Action Using", including Gentle Alarm. I didn't click the default checkmark since I was still testing, but now when I put it in the dock, that app does not show up as an option, only the stock and one other.

Gentle Alarm is still in the bar on top, since I have an alarm set, so I can just pull that down and click on it and it starts the app, but this is just a workaround and I want to set my default.

How can I force that app back into the list of options to set for default?

It sounds like throwing the baby out with the bathwater, but I'd just go ahead and start over; not to uninstall anything, but to go into the application manager in menu > settings > applications > manage applications > menu > sort by "all," where I'd clear cache, data and defaults on all clocks involved.

Then reboot and have at it anew. ;)

That may be what I have to do! What is odd is that I don't have a default set yet for that action (putting it in the dock), so it still pulls up that screen, just missing one option.

hey! I will not solve your problem, I actually would like to ask you if you could get it work somehow??? I m having same problem now with pdf reader.. i can

You know, I figured out afterwards that it was because it was in landscape and the option for the alarm I wanted was out of sight and need to be scrolled up. It was not until I pulled it out of the dock and turned it to portrait that there was more room and I saw the option!
