Hello all suddenly i noticed that no more show me the pomp up message while i make call with dialer to ''complete action with'' skype,viber,mobile oip and etc...But when i tried to make a message and call via S Voice it shows me the pomp up message....1st I tried to unistall/install the apps.2nd tried settings>manage application>all>clear defaults nothing...and last one did factory settings reset..Can anyone help me what else can i do to fix that?I forgot to say did and delete cache...its really crazy...I have samsung galaxy s4 last version 4.2

Someone else here had the same problem. I didn't follow the thread as this hasn't happened to me but a careful search should locate the original thread.

I found the thread I was referring to http://androidforums.com/samsung-galaxy-s4/744257-betamax-defaut-dialer.html. I'm not sure how much this is likely to help but try installing another dialler and see whether the pop-up message reappears.

If you are already in the dialer application, and try to make a call, I don't think it will prompt you to choose what app to use (because you are already in the dialer app)
Try to click/tap on a phone# in your text message (send yourself a text message with a phone# first). You should now see the popup message asking you which app you want to use to make the call (assuming you have cleared all the defaults).

I think your choice should show up. But if you go into the phone's dialer, it won't (ever) ask you what app to use to make a call, because you are already in the dialer app - so the phone knows that you want to use the dialer app.
The choice will only show up when your action is outside of the dialer app - for example, if you have a phone# in a text message (in the SMS application), and you tap on that phone#, the phone now doesn't know which app to use, so it will ask you whether you want to use dialer or skype etc.
Ok i understand thank you..i said that because before last update 4.2 the message showed me up while i make a call from phone dialer "complete action with" skype viber mobilevoip etc...and i saw in forums and other people have the same problem with me..lost this pompt message after last updatr..anyway thanks for your help..
