complete phone lockdown scheduler?

hi guys, so iv taken out a phone contract for my daughter for an easter gift, however, as shes not allowed to take the phone into school, it will be left with my ex gf throughtout the day, who, as it happens is a complete box of four letter words and will use up all of my daughters phone allowence and use the phone as her own whilst my daughter is not there.

i need a way to set a lockdown on the phone leaving just the hours 3pm - 8pm and 7am- 9am free for her to use her phone as she wishes, ive searched and searched for an app of a .tut to show hot this can be done. ive found nothing so far.

the phone she will be using is a HTC Desire C and its running ICS, unrooted thus far, but will root if necessary and seeing as there is only one custom rom for the device, ive left it with the stock firmware.

i need to discover a phone lock scheduler app or a means of scheduling use asap, and without having to pay a subscription fee.

any help will be appreciated,

thanks, john.

ive considered that but i know for sure that somehow her mum would make her tell the code. hence why i need a scheduled locker. either that or a remote locker that i can schedule a locking sms for. i would much prefer a fully automated scheduler.

hmmmm....not sure on that one buddy :) I haven't heard of such a thing, but then again, never researched it.
Perhaps someone else may know of something that we don't

i found an app called lock timer on the market, but it most certainly does not do what it says on the tin.

thanks for the welcome btw, its a pleasure to be here, ive lurked for quite some time but have never really been stuck for anything untill now.

Have you thought of maybe talking to the company the phone is through and see what they suggest you can do or use? I've never heard of anything like this but do see how handy something like this can be. Maybe go to the developer section and ask if anyone would like to work on something for you that can be usefull to a lot of parents with kids in school.
