Help Completely clearing internet history

[Zaichik]

How do you completely clear the internet history on the Desire? Selecting the clear history option clears out the list of sites on the history page, but it doesn't clear the list of URLs that pops up when you tap the address bar to enter a site address. Clearing the cache and form data etc. doesn't help either.

How do you get rid of everything (without doing a factory reset)?

Have you cleared cache on browser via manage applications?

Thanks. Clearing the data has done the trick.

Annoyingly it does, but the delete cache option was greyed out so I had no other choice.

lol @ turbohobbit. I was lending my phone to my wife and didn't want her to get a clue about the birthday surprise I've got planned.
