Root Completely removing apps after root

Hey everyone. I was reading up on what apps were safe to remove after root and the procedure of moving the apps to SD card. Quick question - If I don't plan on ever accepting an OTA update (because I'm rooted and it will screw everything up), then can I just delete those apps instead of moving them? I have backed up everything with Titanium Backup. Thanks.

I would suggest flashing a rom, that way you don't have to worry about what is okay to remove. The newest leaked ota is on rootz and xda you can flash already debloated
