Is there any way to return to complete stock I mean rom and recovery as well? wanting to get the newest update and I cannot since I have cwm installed and am rooted.

you can manually flash the stock backup, OR you could wait till we make a flashable zip of the stock update. id recommend option B personally because its in the works and we should have it by the end of the day

yea. did u make a backup of ur rom BEFORE u went to a custom rom like shinjitsu rom?

to return the to stock recovery u can download the stock recovery from that link ^ and flash it using the terminal method instead of using a pc

need to practice my patience anyways lol ty for the response.

See guys the thing is I did a backup of my stock rom. I was asking about unrooting and returning the recovery to stock.

ah ok i get what you were asking now, but that leads me to a question... why? lol
stock recovery doesnt do anything... cant backup, cant recover, and can only install official zips which dont even exist. and if you dont want root functions dont install programs that use root functions, i see no point in unrooting and installing stock recovery especially now that we have the update in cwm flashable form
to each their own i guess but it seems kinda silly to me, all youre gonna end up doing is disabling features, in my mind no good can come of what youre attempting

huh, i dont know why it wouldnt install properly, it should install just fine from any rom through cwm. stock recovery isnt a flashable zip but the update zip is flashable, just download, put it on your sd and apply using the menus, and if it gives you an error try re-downloading, if you still get the same error tell us what error it gives
