oh man :(
Hmmm, let me be-bop around and see what I can find.
Like I said, I don't know your device so please forgive this next question but, is there some sort of button combo to use to boot directly into recovery? I kinda assume you've tried that if you said there is no recovery. And if there is no recovery, that would be odd as all you did was wipe the OS.
By the way, did you wipe the OS in recovery?

Okay, I'm really stretching it way out there with this one.
but, from what I read of this application, you can install it on a computer and it can then root your phone and install a OS on it.

Worst case, you just wasted some time.

Err, my computer just flagged that site. Is it cool on your end?

my computer just flagged that site
Not cool on my end
Any other options?

The website is okay, the program it is talking about 'rootgenius" will use your PC to overwrite data on your cellphone. it has to in order to be able to do its' job.

AV programs do presearches on a weblink to seek out words, or possible "nefarious" hidden intents.

Use a different AV program that you utilize from the web and supply the link to that program. ie, AVG

Okay, I did a web search and found a URL scanner.

https://www.virustotal.com/

http://rootgenius.com/

this is the result it displayed.

You can take a look at the last analysis or analyse it again now.

I personally am completely at ease with 'rootgenius'.
I am going to suggest that because the weblink does not have a "www." prefix it is being flagged.

Guys hold on... i cant access the site
I am using Avast 2015 and i shut it down and yet still i cant access it
giving me the same security error

Ok i got the program now have another problem.... its saying enable usb debugging i know what that means but remember th OS is gone so the phone stuck on one screen and not moving from there

What else can i try?

ouch! I just came back from a movie and wanted to see how you were doing.

Also, I wanted to say I remember downloading that file and then running MalWareBytes on it to double check it, "just for safety's sake". it came up clean with MwBytes and AVG specifically told to scan that .exe

but, your phone is not connecting to the PC via the USB port from what I read now?

We have reached the limit of me being able to help you, so sorry.
I am a computer nerd sort of, worked with them since 1979 (makes me with a lot of grey hair), but i have never worked with cellphones at the hardware level.

You need a way to get that motherboard to accept a flash... hopefully someone will come along that knows what to do.

What country are you located in, and what carrier are you registered with?

I just looked at eBay and found that model phone from the mid $400 down to $99 approx.

"Turn off your device. Turn on the device and keep holding volume down until a menu shows up. Select fasboot from the menu list. Plug the device into your computer"

When i turn on the phone and do all of that nothing happens in terms of menu showing up to select fastboot. The screen just stuck on my carriers logo, which to me means there is no other program on it for it to move from that screen.

Any other ideas?

I have only Samsung devices and have experience only with Samsung devices, so proceed at your own risk.

I think the instructions for entering download mode may be unclear. I don't think you turn the device on and then press the Vol-down button. I think that instead you start with the phone off, hold down the Vol-down button, and then press the Power button. Keep the Vol-down button pressed while the phone starts. If this doesn't work, try pressing and hold both the Vol-up and Vol-down buttons while pressing Power to start the phone. Good luck.

With the device off - hold volume down, press power, continue to hold volume down until phone begins booting and a menu appears.

You should be booted into a bootloader/fastboot mode, not the normal phone operating system.

Yes guys i know how to do that, tried that already nothing come up. It use to but not any more
What i need a program that i can download on my computer that i can use to reprogram my Os onto the phone

I have done some work on a hauwei h881c. Does the computer even recognize that you are plugging the phone in?
I think that with hauwei when the screen sits on phone logo you are in download mode. Are you familiar with adb?

Whats Odin?
Yes i do..... when i plug in the phone the computer recognize it but! when i open the command prompt screen and do a adb devices command for the list of adb devices it comes up blank. but before i use to see my device now i am not seeing it

Odin is for Samsung only.

Have you tried both volume buttons while powering up?

Is usb debugging still turned on?

Odd that adb worked but stopped. With adb you could say

adb reboot bootloader

It's not showing your device because debugging is no longer activated. Probably because you have wiped the boot partition. In that case I think you have hard bricked your device.
