Im rooted, deleted all roms except for the original stock backup rom seems like a lot of my storage is used up from random stuff, I have one folder named "0" and it looks like a duplicate of my original files for my phone its a couple gigs anyway so I would just like to wipe everything to free up all the wasted space but dont want to screw it up. Any help is appreciated!

is your stock backup on your external sd card. if so wipe everything but external sd card in recovery and then restore your backup.

No I copied it to my pc but I could also put it on extsd is that all I need to do? Then just format through cwm, format /sdcard?

Yeah. As said, you can wipe everything now. The image you had saved of the phone is now in the phone so everything in internal and external storage can be deleted. I think people are saying not to wipe the ext sd because your media will be on that but that can be wiped if you wana wipe everything. As long as you still have the nandroid backup saved somewhere for if you decide to flash anything again and it goes wrong
