Root Completly Remove Rom/Data

Is there a way to completly remove leftover data from a previous rom/flash? I've wiped data/dalvik/cache and reflashed roms on my phone trough CWM. However, once the new rom is flashed and i reboot it still shows the original LG stock keyboard, apps,etc once i set up the phone again. Is there any other way to start with a fresh clean rom? Any help would be appreciated.

Go there and download LD EZ WIPE(FULL) and place it on your sdcard. Flash it before flashing a Rom and then flash the Rom. Will give you a clean start. Hope this helps

I've tried the EZ wipe as a last resort today also. I think I may just need to put my phone down and walk away for a while lol.. Thanks for the advice I thought the EZ wipe would be much easier and faster but still got the same result.
