Help Computer can't find files but Astro on phone can

I'm trying to take video files from my phone and transfer them to my computer but my computer cannot find the files. I look up the files on Astro in my phone and I can easily find them though. I'm using the USB cable attachment from the phone to the computer. The video files are supported by the computer. Any ideas?

Are they on the sd card? The computer will only show you the files on your sd card, when you plug the phone into the computer you should see a prompt and check use as disk drive. The card should show up as a new drive letter on the computer and your files will be available.
