Help Computer Connection USB

I just got my X, an upgrade from the HTC Eris. The only problem I have is, neither my phone nor computer recognize it when it's plugged it. Not even for charging purposes. Not sure what it could be. I downloaded the driver for it already...

Your phone should recognize it reguardless if you have the drivers installed or not. When/If it does work, make sure you choose the appropriate option on the phone; I use "USB Mass Storage" mode.

Try rebooting and trying again. If this doesn't work, try doing a factory reset.
