Ok....Lets see....Tab 2, 7.0...P3113....Not my device, but I"m trying to fix it. User installed SUPERSU on it to allow a game to work on the device. Now the device will not charge unless it is turned off. Also, my Windows 7 computer does not see it at all when connected to USB. No notiification of it being there, and the device does not know its connected as well. I have tried two cables (both of them good samsung cables that work on a NOTE 10.1) with the same results. Would like to reset the device to stock rom, but everything I have read needs the USB to work. Any ideas????

Did you load Kies on your computer?

Also check other threads on "Kies" here, might find other tips. I loaded Kies on my XP laptop when I first got my Tab and it worked for me.
