Since the software upgrade a few days ago, I can no longer access files from my Galaxy Tab 2 on my computer. Computer recognizes device and displays the storage used, but when I click on "videos" or "pictures" or any other file, I get a completely blank window. Hence, I cannot add or remove anything to/from the device. Help!
