Computer not recognizing thunderbolt?

hi guys,

im trying to use isyncr so i can put music onto my phone. Whenever i plug the USB port into my computer, my mac has an error message which says "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer."

does anyone know why?

My sister just got a mac, and when I plugged my tbolt into it today I got the same message. We clicked ignore and it worked fine. I was able to view all folders on my phones memory card and transfer from phone to computer.

Should show up as a drive right on tne desktop. Look for any drive icons it might say "no name" or something like that.

Settings>connect to PC. Is your connection type "disk drive"?

try this app "software date cable".
wirelessly transfer files into your phone with this app. Both computer and phone have to be on same wi-fi.

How many times? I've tried several times (in the process of downloading yet again). Can't get it to work on home or work computer. Very frustrating and I've checked other forums and none of the posted solutions work.
