When I call my office I have to dial several menu options. Most times the phone thinks I'm trying to conference call, and places the primary call on hold. Meanwhile, in the time it takes to realize what has happened the person on the other line has hung up. I'm ready to throw this thing against a wall. Is there a way to completely shutoff the conference call feature?

I came across this thread via a Google search and I clicked the link as fast as I could...thinking I would find a resolution. 
I TOTALLY understand the frustration. This happens to me almost every time I am on the phone and need to dial numbers for menu options...and even when going through my voice mail.
I absolutely can NOT wait to get rid of this phone. In the meantime, if anyone has a solution, please HELP!
