Help configuration help

Hello everyone I have a question I have a headphone set with microphone and it has a button attached what the button does is mutes music or plays music if it's already playing and also will optionally if I'm getting a phone call while listening to music if I hit the button it will answer it or hang up the phone call I want to configure this button to when I hit the button to open the vlingo or some other voice input option.

I don't know the first step in how to configure this headphone button and that's what I need help with.
