Hi guys & girls,
I have had a quick look around & haven't found a problem quite like mine.
It started last week, whilst playing music Poweramp froze meaning I had to manually force close it. All my music files where stored on the SD.
On investigation when music wouldn't play, I also discovered I could not use any apps stored on the SD card either. Thinking it was a faulty card I put the original 4gb one back in however exactly the same thing happens.
After putting my 16gb card back in I can play music from the card but can not access any apps.
As a final roll of the dice I have done a full factory reset however I can now no longer put any apps on to the SD card (the button is greyed out, even on apps I know for certain can be moved on to the card).
The strange part of my problem is my phone shows the SD card in the settings menu along with how much space etc I have. I can mount & unmount and write mp3 files from my PC to it using a usb. I can also access all menu's using Astro.
I have also tried another card in the O2 shop but same thing happens.
So does anyone have any ideas as to what could be wrong or is it a case of bite the bullet & send it back to HTC to be repaired & make do with my old SE C905 for the next month
Thanks in advance & hope this kind of makes sense.
