Hi,
I am sorry if this was already an issue before and has been solved.
I have a Connect MS 840. Recently I downloaded the usb driver and mobile support tool, for my desktop, because I would like to use my phone as a modem to connect to the internet on my PC (does not work wireless).
I installed the usb driver without problems but it wouldn't let me install the support tool without internet connection.
Anyway, when I connect my phone to the desktop it recognizes it and also shows it as an additional internet connection but no matter what I do, I can't connect.
Is there an important step that I missed?
