Root Connect optimizer app

How come I cant clock my CPU past 1108 or something like that, with this app? I'm using plague kernel with rom number 2 if it makes a difference. Oh and if I freeze conn. Optzr. App and use set CPU I can at clock just fine.
 
Well, since SetCPU is working and Connect Optimizer is not, I would surmise that there is either a bug in the code, or connect optimizer is not compatible with the Plague Kernel. Either is a possibilty given that Connect Op.timizer is used to optimize the stock kernel, though Kainada said it may possibly work on others. That is all I can come up with. :D

I didn't know it was for the stick kernel makes sense now
