Help connect with PC via Bluetooth

I have paired and connected my phone to my PC, but I cannot browse the files via PC. Under bluetooth devices, the phone says "needs troubleshooting". There are two drivers which could not be found. I don't know what they are because the device manager simply says "bluetooth peripheral device".
I am using Windows 7 64-bit with a MSI Star Key 2.0 3X faster USB dongle and Broadcom bluetooth drivers.

I don't think if there is a way to transfer files from this phone via Bluetooth. I could be wrong, though.
