Help Connected Media

[hilmar2k]

Trying to get Connected Media working. However, the only payer available is "My phone". I am on the same network as my PC, have WM open with media sharing enabled. What else am I missing?

What version of Windows are you running? I have mine running with Windows 7 Ultimate.

XP with Windows Media Player 11.

I don't know of xp supports that. I had to turn on some features in Windows 7 sharing to enable that. I think it was media streaming.

It works in the other direction. I can play pics/music/vids from my PC to my DIRECTV receiver using media share.
