Help Connecting Droid Bionic to QPST

Hello Everyone.
I need to connect my Droid Bionic to QPST, but I continue to get a connection error - connection failed" when I try. I use HW VSP3 to create a port, and QPST recognizes the port as a phone, but still ...no connect. What am I doing wrong?
