Accessories connecting my desire to my car

I want to be able to listen to podcast and music from my desire in my car. I do not have a headphone port on my cars cd player so I probably need some kind of fm transmitter. Are these devices any good? I've seen some transmitter with fm and Bluetooth are these better? Can anyone recommend some that work well with desire and post a link?

Been using this kit for over a year now and it does a fantastic job for music via fm transmission to a channel on your car radio and bluetooth hands-free, plus usb charging port. Best of all it also looks good - only downside is if you are a smoker, it uses your cigarette lighter plughole, but then who cares.
