Help connecting to dodge challenger problem

My pops just bought a new Dodge Challenger and has a stereo that uses uconnect.

he can connect to it and send and receive calls.

The problem:
The phonebook doesn't go over. Creates a folder with a bunch of entries, but no names are displayed. also He created a folder where he manually created entries with names, numbers, addresses, etc. After a few days the car connects to the phone and deletes the folder he created.

I would go back to the dealer and see if they can help. By the way your dad made a good choice on his car.

I'm having a similar problem. I have a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, no problem with the phone linking to the car but I can't make a call by name...by number only.
Just wondering if there is anything I can do with the phone to have the names migrate from the Atrix phone book as well as the numbers.
