Help Connecting to PC- (no screen)

Hello All,
My friend broke the screen to her Infuse so there is no display. I am trying to get her pictures off of the internal phone memory (as she has gotten a new phone), but I am having difficulties- possibly someone can suggest some alternate methods.
I have connected the phone to the PC, and it is recognized. When I click on the drive it asks to insert the disk. I figure this is because maybe the phone isn't set to copy files.
What I am far reaching for is a way to get into the phone without this turned on, since I can't use the display. If I go into an AT&T store, would they be able to somehow do it? Is there a way I can hack into it?
Am I missing something? lol
Any advice, good or bad would be much appreciated!:)
Thanks!

With phone turned on
attach data cable to PC and phone
does a 'Turn on USB storage' screen appear?
If so, click on it and a file manager should open on the PC
The sdcard(s) should show up on the list. One will be 14gb, the other the size of the micro sd that is inserted if there is one.
If no file manager opens, check and make sure you are using the data cable that came with the Infuse. That can make a difference.
Also, try changing USB ports.

Welcome to the forums Jus25co :wavey:

Another thing to try, check this thread out and download the file in the second post.

Extract it and execute the bat file. It will backup data like pictures. The only problem, if usb debugging in the phone settings isn't checked it probably won't work.
