I am working on creating picture albums.
I have been researching all morning.
I have decided to use the instructions for adding albums to the SD card.
When I plug my phone in I DO NOT get the mentioned dialog box........or anything.
My PC says it recognizes new hardware and that is it
I look in "my computer" and there is nothing there to click on.
can you please help?
