Alright so i have a samsung captivate on rogers in canada. Model I-896. I am trying to upgrade to android 2.2 but i am having some problems. on kies i downloaded the drivers or whatever under the kies menu. when i plug in my phone i choose the samsung kies usb option then nothing happens. it doesnt come up on kies or my computer. any sugestions?
