Help Connection Issues....Orange Exclamation Point

Yahoo Connection Error, Facebook connection error, gmail connection error. all of a sudden im not getting any data to my phone. only over wifi is it working. what is going on?

Settings, wireless & networks, mobile networks, system select, should be on automatic.
Is it?

yeah its on automatic....

and now it works all of a sudden....its been like this for 3 days and boom now it works and i didnt change sh*t

Maybe VZW was working on a local tower???
I'd call *228 and do option 2, might help.
