After connecting my Captivate to various computers (operating Windows, Mac, Ubuntu, or Linux Mint) and transferring files without any problems for about a year, all computers stopped recognising it. I've tried every USB connection option (and just about any other option that might be related), but haven't had any luck. No idea what caused the change. Where do I start looking to try to figure this out?
