why am i always getting connection timeout on the market in my GALAXY Y ?
even if the wifi signal is strong ...
i dont know what to do plsss help me
and in the internet too .. it wont load

Try this..
1) Go to settings -> Wirelesss and network settings -> Wi-Fi settings
2) Click on options menu and select "Advanced"
3) Click on Wi-Fi Sleep policy and select "Never"

Just Clear The Market History and Cache or Try Factory Reset...

nope but i installed easy battery saver .. but now i deleted it ..
why ? can that be the problem ??

Exactly! That's the problem. Factory reset or reflashing via odin is the solution
