I am currently working on a problem with T-Mobile but can someone tell me if this makes sense? This problem just started earlier this week and has progresses to my Tab basically being a paperweight. I started having connection issues earlier where I was getting network errors. My signal strength was acceptable but yet I was having a lot of problem accessing data off the internet. I would get connection errors or it simply would not work at all. I finally called T-Mobile up yesterday and we did all kinds of things, including a Master reset and resetting it on their end. On my way home from work, the Tab was downloading all my apps so I figured it was all good. When I got home, I was immediately on WiFi at home since my house seems to get a poor signal. After leaving home this morning, I was once again on the 3G and all seemed well (I tried it half way to work) but once I got to work, it all started again. Up until this week I had no problems using my Tab in my offie. I usually get 2-3 bars. So, I called T-Mobile again and the longer I talked to them, the worse the problem got. I still have 3 bars but now I don't even have the "3G" on top. Just a nice little paper weight. By this time, I was at level 3 support and she seemed to think it was a network issue and was going to send it to the Enginners. Does this makes sense to you smart guys out there? My T-Mo Blackberry is working fine here with five bars. She ven had me try the SIM card from the Tab in the BB and it got a data signal just fine so it doesn't appear to be the SIM. I was just wondering if you can have a network problem that affects my Tab and not my Blackberry.
