Constant Browser Crash!

Hi

I have just bought a Huawei Y530 with android 4.3

It crashes all the time when using the browser...

I have tried downloading several different browsers, but with no results!

I have tried resetting data, cache and memory on all the browsers, but it is still crashing after 5-60 seconds...

Does any of you guys have experienced the same problem... if so, do you have a solution for this HUGE problem??

"Just bought" means "in warranty", and "solution" for an in warranty device is having it replaced.
 
Check to see you have data checked off or on WiFi . make sure carrier has added the web feature on the device they may just have u down for calls only
 
If it were one browser, I'd say it's the browser. If it's all browsers, it could be the IP stack having bug in port 80, which would require a reflash - which I wouldn't do with a new phone. (Even as a dealer, I returned new phones that had problems like that. My distributor returned them to his source. It may be of academic interest as to why browsers crash in that particular phone, but the fix isn't playing with an in-warranty phone, it's making use of the warranty.)
 
I had the same problem. I think it is caused by lack of RAM.

I turned of fast boot in settings and restarted the phone. That solved it for me.
