Help Constant Error : Force close

"The process com.google.process.gapps has stopped unexpectedly please try again, "force Close".

Seems to be a problem with sync. Definitely happens whenever the SYNC icon shows up on the top bar and usually happens in either Email or Twitter when first opening the programs.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas on what to do to remedy the situation?

I don't know how to fix them, but my Twitter app gets this error every time I try to open it. It hasn't worked for over two weeks now.
