So this was my first root. Everything went pretty smooth but I installed BAMF SoaB 1.03 and im constantly getting a force close on android.process.acore every few seconds making it really hard to use the phone, and i can watch it draining the battery. I tried the stock kernel, imoseyon 3.80, and nerozehl's dream kernel 2.9.0, thinking that would fix but didnt change anything. after work tonight i might just start clean and reflash. any suggestions so i dont have to?

make sure your MD5 SUM is a match. Use astro file manager (longpress the ROM download, choose details and give it time to load the MD5, could take a couple minutes) and check it with the OP of the ROM. as long as it is a match, wipe data a couple times, reflash and see if that helps
FWIW, i never had a problem other than battery life with SOAB 1.3

I've flashed numerous roms and once in a while you get a flash that this happens to. I now recognize it and immediately go back into recovery and reflash first, which usually doesn't help, and then do a full wipe with a Titanium app restore. 1/2 hour process but then no more FCs.
I havent ran into any audio issues at all yet. Im running imoseyon_leanKernel_v5.1.0 as my kernel. and im pretty sure mms works on 3rd party messaging apps, but i havent tried. only thing im having a problem with is finding the option to set my network. i dont want 4g on all the time. it kills my battery at work
