Root Constant Rebooting into ClockworkMod

I'm running Apex 1.3.1 and I tried to install that nothrottle zip file to take off the throttle or whatever you call it on network speed. I went into recovery mode, bootstrap recovery, etc. and tried to apply the zip file but it didn't work. Now whenever my phone reboots or shuts off and turns on (all by my doing) it goes into ClockworkMod and I have to hit "Reboot system now" to reboot the phone.

Any suggestions? I'd really like to not have to do a system restore or anything like that.

Do you have your phone charger plugged in if so un plug it and give it a try

this shouldnt make a difference, as i have left mine usb plugged alot and this doesnt happen.

this happens usually when its a bad downloaded file, or the installation was faulted somehow.

if it continues reinstall apex wipe data/cache

its always a good idea to install from the zip card imho
