Help Constant upgrade notification

I have a constant upgrade to ICS notication in my bar.
I'm already on ICS....

I "rooted" my phone a couple of months ago and have since gone back to what I thought was the original stock.

Vodafone Australia is the carrier I'm on,

Try disable the update notifications found on your phone:

Settings | About Phone | Software Update

You can then go back there and check for updates manually.

Just did that and restarted my phone... update is still there ! agh

Try the following...

Settings > Applications > All > Software update > Clear cache > Clear data

Just a thought.

cleared it... was still there, So I disabled instead.. worked
