Help Constantly downloading

The top left shows TWO icons of downloading something constantly. Even after running ATK over 30 times and turning the phone off twice it still shows that two things are constantly being downloading (a down arrow with a line under it)

Have you pulled down your notifications window (or hit menu > notifications) and cleared all notifications?
